My name is Amber (legally) but I go by the name Scarlett Mansfield. I have a master’s in History from St Antony’s at the University of Oxford, and completed my undergraduate (BA Hons in History) at the University of Warwick.
I have been a freelance writer, editor, and researcher since February 2017. During this time, I have worked for a wide range of clients. I have conducted archival research for the Canadian History channel, worked on Excel spreadsheets for Dr Mara Keire of Oxford, created a powerpoint for an Iraqi card company, edited long-distance walking guides, crafted intellectual comments for a news-based startup, and researched grants for a Middle-eastern satirical magazine (to name a few)!
I am able to competently and quickly complete any work assigned to me, even if I have never heard of the topic before. Part of this I put down to my education – I am used to having to learn and research into areas that I previously have never heard of. As a result, I excel at finding out where to seek answers and how to comprehend information both quickly and efficiently. Check out my testimonials for proof!
Anyway, if you have any work that you would like a hand with, do not hesitate to reach out. Simply contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
